The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services and support. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, implementing technology solutions, and collaborating with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.➢ Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.➢ Ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of the organization's IT infrastructure.➢ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.➢ Coordinate with vendors and procurement department for the procurement of IT supplies and equipment.➢ Create user guides and documentation to assist end-users with common technical tasks.➢ Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.➢ Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and effectively communicate IT concepts.➢ Prioritizing the delivery of IT services that meet the needs and expectations of end-users.➢ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.➢ Oversee resolution of escalated support tickets and prioritize tasks based on business impact.➢ Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and information assets.➢ Stay informed about cybersecurity threats and implement best practices to mitigate risks.➢ Communicate and train employees on IT policies and best practices. Skills➢ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.➢ A minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT management and leadership roles.➢ Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devices.➢ Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.➢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT challenges.➢ Strong decision-making skills to address IT challenges and make informed choices.➢ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.➢ Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.➢ Skill in developing and implementing IT strategies.
