We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Quality Manager to join our solar farm project near Dubbo, New South Wales.<br/><br/>As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>Key responsibilities include:<br/><br/>Quality Control and Audit: Oversee and perform quality control activities on-site. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.<br/><br/>Execution Support: Collaborate with the Site Manager to execute quality standards and processes. Provide guidance to contractors and address any quality-related issues.<br/><br/>Document Management: Develop, maintain, and manage project documents, including quality assurance plans, inspection reports, and compliance records.<br/><br/>Communication: Participate in weekly/monthly internal meetings and coordinate with contractors to maintain alignment on quality goals.<br/><br/>Qualifications:<br/><br/>Previous experience in quality management, preferably in renewable energy or construction projects. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and documentation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
