Implement planned maintenance programmes for the estates and properties.
Carry out regular inspection to estates / properties and report conditions.
Prepare estimates and budget for maintenance works.
Prepare design, tender document for maintenance and improvement work.
Evaluate tenders, prepare tender reports and administer contracts.
Co-ordinate and supervise maintenance / improvement contract works.
Monitor performance of consultants and contractors for execution of maintenance works.
Give professional advice to property management in respect of maintenance matters.
Attend to emergency repair and recommend actions to take when required.
The Person
A professional qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent plus at least 3 years post qualification experience, or Holders of Higher certificate / ordinary certificate in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Engineering or related disciplines and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) plus at least 12 years’ experience in relevant works.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations.
In-depth and comprehensive professional and technical knowledge and well versed with internal policies and procedures.<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
