Senior Sales Manager - Automation and Communication Products Senior Sales Manager - Automation and Communication Products You as a Senior Sales Manager – Automation and Communication Products will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Planning and ensure execution of the substation automation product sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way. You will also be responsible for driving the growth ambition in the AC product and achieve the sales KPIs relevant to AC product through high performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and for channel onboarding and implementation of sales strategy within focus segments and white spots for special applications. Your responsibilities Developing and implementing sales strategy, strategic sales, and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy. Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency. Supporting, maintaining, and growing existing accounts and developing customer relationships within the Saudi Arabia to win new customers and gain recurring revenue from existing customers. Partnering with other Hitachi Energy sales organizations to build pipeline and brand value. Ensuring sales achievement through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. Developing pipeline in an organized approach to target list of prospects in identified segment and territory. Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within the defined geographical areas and determining plans for acquisition and allocates resources, partnering with Hitachi Energy product managers and marketing to ensure winning go-to-market plans, providing customer and market feedback on market segment intelligence and needs and participating in training provided by technical and product management to have the latest go-to-market plan and Providing feedback on trade events and marketing needs from sales. Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers, Building, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and ensuring efficient marketing communications. Taking ownership of the sales processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions, and programs, team with Sales Engineering to respond to customer and partner technical needs as part of sales process. Coordinating sales efforts closely with sales engineering and to execute sales plan to ensure winning, providing customer and partner feedback to product management to ensure clear communications of requirements and participate in training provided by product management to be current on the latest product and pricing information. Your background A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field is required. Minimum 15+ year of experience required understanding of Automation portfolio technical and commercial strengths and experience in channel management and business development.<br/><br/>Experience in the Middle east and GCC markets is required. Strong selling skills are required to evaluate a wide variety of complex information and decide action plans to achieve sales objectives.<br/><br/>Establishing key market penetration actions to ensure a robust project pipeline and building a sustainable customer networking and executing channel onboarding and long-term partnerships to increase segment coverage & product mix.<br/><br/>Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
