Job Description As a Senior Product Manager for Khazna's Saudi Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and market expansion in Saudi Arabia. Leveraging your deep understanding of the local market and consumer preferences, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with Khazna's objectives, tailored specifically for the Saudi market. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver cutting-edge financial solutions, drive product adoption, and achieve business targets. Qualifications Experience in the KSA market, with an in-depth understanding of the Saudi market, culture, and regulatory environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field. The more technical knowledge, the better Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Experience working in the fintech industry or related sectors is a plus. Fluent in Arabic and English, with proficiency in written and verbal communication. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the Saudi market. Utilize insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development. Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Khazna's expansion in Saudi Arabia. Align product initiatives with business objectives and market demands. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products on time and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Communicate product vision, progress, and challenges effectively to ensure alignment and support. Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback through various channels, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Use insights to iteratively improve product features, usability, and overall customer experience. Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and industry developments to identify threats and opportunities. Benchmark Khazna's products against competitors and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches in the Saudi market. Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and success.
