Job Summary: Risk Manager will lead & Manage Enterprise Risk Management in remat Alriyadh in terms of improve the policies & Procedures, manage potential risks with risk champions' collaboration & ensure the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies in alignment with stakeholders. Key Accountabilities:-• Lead and manage the development of Remat’s Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Section’s mandates, in alignment with Remat’s strategic objectives and applicable standards and laws.• Lead and manage the development of Remat’s ERM Policy and Procedures.•Lead and manage the identification and assessment of risks across Remat, in collaboration with the concerned Departments/ Sections and Risk Champions, to identify potential risks and accordingly assess their potential impact and likelihood.•Lead and manage the development and monitoring of the risk mitigation strategies and plans, to minimize the impact and likelihood of the identified risks, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and Risk Champions, to implement these plans all whilst ensuring that the respective controls are in place and risks are properly monitored.• Coordinate with and support Risk Champions in the implementation of the ERM Lifecycle, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting.• Challenge the information shared in the Departmental Risk Registers and consequently periodically monitor the Departmental Risk Registers to ensure that they contain accurate and complete information and are updated to include emerging risks or any changes within the Company’s risk profile.• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop reports on Remat’s risk profile to the Executive Management, Audit and Risk Committee and Board of Directors (“Board”), to provide them with updates on the status of key risks, emerging risks, and the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.• Support the Risk and Compliance Executive Director in the development and maintenance of Remat’s Risk Appetite Framework, including the Risk Appetite Statements, Risk Tolerances/Thresholds, and Key Risk Indicators to monitor risk exposures against the Remat’s Risk Appetite. Additionally, ensure the required support is provided to the Executive Management in navigating and addressing these aspects.• Monitor Remat’s performance against the Risk Appetite Framework and flag any breaches to the Framework to the Risk and Compliance Executive Director promptly.• Continuously improve Remat’s ERM processes and practices, to assess the effectiveness of the existing ERM framework and provide enhancements to better manage emerging risks and changing business environments.•Collaborate and assist in the evaluations, risk impact assessments, and internal or external audits as needed.•Provide support for any necessary assistance to the internal and external auditors and any investigative efforts being conducted, as directed by the Risk and Compliance Executive Director.•Provide the necessary support to all ERM-related activities within Remat. Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business adminstration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, audit management, or a similar role. Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken)Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
