Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Analyzing and gathering important information from meetings with various stakeholders and preparing useful reports. Developing new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends. Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies to client committees Follow-up the implementation of new technology and systems
