Job Purpose Responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of a company's corporate comprehensive marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on events and sponsorships, social media marketing, influencer marketing, creative, and paid media, and leading and developing employees; develop a strong corporate brand identity and ensure operational marketing and proper graphics to market the Red Sea Global and reach the largest audience. This position requires extensive experience in integrated marketing, brand management, campaign execution and client management (translating business need into a clear brief across sub departments) in an agency like environment. Job Responsibilities Strategic Contribution Define and direct the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and set the strategic agenda of the Marketing and Communication functions to deliver vision and mission. Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the corporate marketing and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in order to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy effectively. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, advertising, public relations, and events. Develop and execute the company's long-term events and sponsorships strategy, aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Leadership Oversee the activities of the Marketing and Communication functions team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures. Build and lead a motivated, engaged and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals, while ensuring succession planning is managed. Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to the overall vision, mission, values, fundamentals and strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated human resources, and continuously improve performance. Budget Lead the preparation of the loyalty program development and implementation budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon. Operational Marketing Create and develop a long and short-term marketing strategy and plans for Red Sea Global in line with the overall strategic direction and ensure effective implementation of the strategy by understanding and fulfilling the business and internal stakeholders needs. Lead corporate marketing masterplan and work closely with all the functions to include all ongoing activities Direct marketing research on key marketing concepts, campaigns, messaging statements to measure the public feedback on Red Sea global marketing concepts to facilitate future marketing strategies decisions that will help enhance and market the company’s image. (In partnership with The Business Analytics Team)Approve on different type of graphic designs related to marketing, ensure that all graphics, colors, photos, and quotes are aligned with Red Sea Global marketing and overall strategy. Manage relationships with external marketing partners, such as event organizers, social media platforms, influencers, creative agencies, and media buyers. Events and Sponsorships Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic sponsorship partnerships with industry events, conferences, media outlets, and other relevant organizations. Oversee the activation and measurement of sponsorship initiatives, ensuring maximum brand exposure and return on investment. Oversee the end-to-end critical events planning and execution process, including venue selection, vendor management, speaker/performer booking, logistics coordination, and on-site management. Analyze event and sponsorship performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for future initiatives. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards. Safety, Quality & Environment Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department’s systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement Job Requirements: Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s or MBA (Preferred) Minimum 20 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership position Proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on events and sponsorships, social media marketing, influencer marketing, creative, and paid media. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, paid media, and traditional advertising. Skills Exceptional strategic planning. Analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities to effectively manage cross-functional teams and work with diverse internal partners in a matrix environment. Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and financial management.
