Planning Director On-site Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia Q - DP Full time Description Lead and direct a team of Planners on Hotels, Residential and Theme Parks. Devise and execute strategic planning and scheduling processes and methodologies. Empower and coach a team of planners to ensure exceptional project schedules and deliverables. Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, goals, and deliverables. Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify and address risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Offer expert guidance and support on resource allocation, cost management, and risk assessment. Serve as a primary point of contact for all planning-related matters and represent JASARA PMC in client meetings and presentations. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in planning and scheduling practices to stay ahead of the curve. Requirements Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant related field. Have Hotels, Residential and ideally Theme Park Experience. Bring at least 20 years of experience in planning and scheduling, including at least 7 years in a leadership position. Demonstrate excellent Primavera P6 skills. Have a deep understanding of Schedule Risk Analysis. Showcase strong leadership and team management skills. Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering complex building projects on time and within budget.* Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is a requirement.
