What you will do Mentor and coach new salespeople to help them reach their full potential, represent the dealership at industry events and functions. Negotiating prices with customers Managing the inventory of vehicles. Preparing sales reports. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed. Implement sales strategies to increase profitability. Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales target. Skills Required Skills to be successful•Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology•Previous Sales experience an advantage; Vehicles experience desired.•Quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency•Negotiation &Customer Service Skills What equips you for the role•High School Diploma•KSA Driving license•Effective communicator•Influencing skills•Languages: Fluent English, Arabic an Advantage
