Embark on a journey with us as an<br/><br/>HR Coordinator<br/><br/>at the<br/><br/>First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia<br/><br/>(Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are in search of candidates with ambition, talent, and essential skills. This role requires someone with primary responsibility for assisting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources operations.
A little of your day-to-day:
Assists in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Coordinates employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
Maintains and updates employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Provides support in employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Assists in the planning and execution of employee engagement and development programs.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local labor laws and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
What we need from you
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with HR software and databases.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
