Ensure quality of service provided to all workers in housing, cost management of housing & transportation, support sales and other operation department activities related to workers in housing. Manage all transportation activities related to housing.<br/><br/>Job Accountabilities & Activities<br/><br/>- Responsible for all the activities in all male and female housing include daily management, worker safety, Compliances, Cleanliness and all.- Allocate jobs to teammate and maintain hygienic environment as per Ministry Guidelines- Ensure all the facilities provided to workers in appropriate time and with quality of service during the entire stay in housing.- Ensure housing team create employee no. for new arrival in CRM based on recruitment candidates and upload all supporting documents of worker such as passport, visa copy and offer letter.- Timely update back labors, exit workers, new arrival, ready to work and other CRM record up keep all information up to date.- Instruct Housing supervisor to conduct initial orientation about KSA rule and regulation, work environment, project nature to each new arrival. Report the orientation to operations manager- Advance allocation for all workers, inform about work nature based on their client deployment.- Implement strict notice and if any compliance occurred and should be reported to housing manager and operation Manager.- Share all the rules and regulation of housing on the first day orientation to the new arrivals.- Take necessary actions on workers complaints without any fail and reported to Operations manager and General Manager.- Housing hygiene should be maintained in high standards at any cost.- Room allocation should monitor to avoid personal hygiene issue to the workers- Supervise all safety standards inside all housing facilities. All safety equipment’s should be replaced with new before date is expire- Conduct Safety drills to the all employee of housing twice in a year.- Manage housing transportation activities and mobilization of workers receiving and dropping.- Provide hygienic food for workers and ensure it on regular intervals with catering service providers- Daily workers complaints should be Collected by housing supervisors and submitted o relevant department for actions.- Ensure workers should not be in the housing for more number of day either should be delivered to client or to be send to his/her nation.- Report daily housing report to operations manager and weekly report to the manager GM- Report should reflect Workers no, issues, melas, other costing, requirement and approvals for each housing facilities `<br/><br/>Education & Certifications<br/><br/>Bachelor’s Degree<br/><br/>Required Years of Experience<br/><br/>3+ years of experience with Housing / Accommodation<br/><br/>Copyright 2021.
