Position: Production Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia – Dammam Type: Full-time The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing shop floor activities to ensure alignment with the daily or weekly production plan. This role involves monitoring production processes, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aluminum production industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Take control of production flow within the assigned area of responsibility in accordance with standard best practices. Align production processes and activities related to materials, employees, and equipment to efficiently support the production plan. Monitor production processes and workflow to ensure on-time delivery. Efficiently assign production tasks to minimize company costs and meet delivery deadlines. Resource Coordination: Review production specifications and ensure order fulfillment. Resolve production, manpower, and material shortage problems quickly in order of priority. Oversee routine equipment maintenance and repairs to avoid outages during the production process. Reporting and Documentation: Record present data to generate reports and track performance. Generate daily and weekly production reports for line managers. Ensure that open communication channels are available, keeping all stakeholders informed of any changes to the schedule. Qualifications: Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the aluminum production industry. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
