Based upon the principles of eco-tourism facilities will include a folded vertical village, a lake with water sports and event facilities, high altitude ski village, observatory, world leading health and wellbeing facilities and a nature reserve which will be home to unique wildlife, heritage sites and exploration opportunities.<br/><br/>With over 3,600 hotel, 2,200 homes, 9 iconic buildings and 100 world class indoor and outdoor experiences Trojena will become the ultimate mountain destination. Bechtel will provide a full range of project management services to support the delivery of this iconic destination<br/><br/>Job Summary:<br/><br/>In this role, you will work with the project team to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations. You will apply established unit job hour and pricing data, perform schedule integrations, prepare work logic, identify restraints and potential impacts, develop recovery plans, and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time.<br/><br/>Major Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.<br/><br/>Responsible for assigned scheduling functions. Direct interface with management, and field teams as necessary for schedule control monitoring, analysis and reporting.<br/><br/>Provides day-to-day support to project team, and detailed monitoring and analysis of project schedules and actuals. Interfaces with other members of the project team, customers and others.<br/><br/>Updates and maintains the project schedule data base information.<br/><br/>Provides support to PC Supervisor as requested.<br/><br/>Education and Experience Requirements:<br/><br/>Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience.<br/><br/>Required Knowledge and Skills:<br/><br/>Minimum of 3years of project controls experience<br/><br/>Intermediate level of proficiency in Primavera P6<br/><br/>Experience in other areas of project controls (planning, scheduling, estimating, etc.)<br/><br/>For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of engineers and beyond!
