Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization and its services. You will work closely with the senior management team to identify target markets, create marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends to maximize our brand exposure and drive customer engagement.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our organization and its services.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify target markets and customer preferences.
  3. Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
  5. Manage and maintain our organization's website and social media platforms, ensuring regular updates and engaging content.
  6. Plan and organize events, such as product launches, conferences, and exhibitions, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and potential partners.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and propose innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Highly creative and innovative, with the ability to think outside the box and propose unique marketing approaches.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Fluent in both English and Arabic.
