KSA Country Director / Practice Lead your primary responsibilities will include: Formulate and execute growth and sales strategies aimed at amplifying revenue generation within the Banking and Financial Services Industry segment in KSA. If you have banking contacts across the GCC this would be a bonus. You will identify and initiate connections with potential clients within the FSI sector, comprehensively understanding their operational requisites and offering tailored solutions. Cultivate and uphold robust client relationships, fostering recurring business and enduring customer allegiance. Craft and deliver compelling sales propositions and proficiently negotiate contracts to consummate successful deals. In this leadership role: Demonstrated experience spanning 8 to 15 years (or more) in a consulting or sales capacity within the Banking & Financial Services Industry At least 3 years working in the KSA market Profound familiarity with financial Digital & Tech products, services, and regulatory frameworks inherent to the Banking and FS domain. Innate orientation toward results, evidenced by a history of attaining sales objectives and propelling business expansion.
