As a QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and compliance with industry standards. You will develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and collaborate with project teams to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in QA/QC management, a deep understanding of quality standards and best practices, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and deliverables Review and approve quality control documentation and reports Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement Lead and train a team of QA/QC professionals<br/><br/>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in the construction industry Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Certifications in quality management or related field are a plus
