We're Fipco, a large industrial group in Saudi Arabia for packaging and filling solutions.

We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled, dynamic, results-driven, passionate & deeply experienced sales coordinator who really practically knows everything that's going on, in the world of sales coordination INSIDE factories to effectively coordinate the day-to-day sales operations internally, inside the factory between many internal divisions & teams like coordinating the daily sales operations between the sales representatives, the production department, the factory management, the financial department and so on. We're looking for someone who's a proven real expert, who's a master in handling various communications & requests smoothly & at the same time, and who will assume overall responsibility for effectively coordinating the internal day-to-day sales operations, offline, inside the factory which will directly result in playing a crucial & strategic role within our organization.

» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Being the primary point of contact between various teams & divisions inside the factory.
- Coordinating the day-to-day sales activities like schedules, follow-ups & many others.
- Coordinating many sales pipeline(s) related operations including tracking leads, and providing regular updates to the sales manager.
- Assisting the sales team(s) with preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
- Effectively working on addressing different inquiries, handling order(s) processing, and resolving any issues.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer(s)' information, and sales performance tracks.
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and providing recommendations to the sales manager.
- Deeply participating in sales meetings and training sessions regularly. 
- Supporting & fostering a positive work environment based on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvements.
- Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes specifically to our focused industrial scope(s).
- Ensuring seamless coordination, regular reporting & timely delivery as the all-time no.1 note.

»  Ideal Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a great plus.- Proven experience for at least 5+ years as sales coordinator in a factory(ies) environment.- Having many previous working experiences in industrial sectors.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Totally proficient in using top CRM software and MS Office suite.- Having good business acumen & complete understanding of what successful sales coordination looks like inside factories.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and informed decision-making abilities.& it's really vital for us that you already have many years of experience in this focused area.Kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) doing the same for similar companies and in which sector(s) and if in Saudi Arabia, and we'd also like to know about the free & paid related sales & CRM platforms, tools & software that you already used to, and which ones you already have premium access to, if any.Also, kindly note that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.This is expected to start at an estimated period of 3 - 6 months contract and may turn into a long-term venture for the right talent, and the confirmed sales coordinator should be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia if not living there already.We hope you have a good idea of the requirements, and we would be happy to answer any further clarifying questions you may have.If you feel you are the talent that can confidently assist us at a cost-effective price, please get in touch.Looking forward to reviewing your good proposals,Thank You
