Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with low current systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
• Provide on-site training to customers on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low current systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to address customer needs and requirements.
• Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions, accurately and comprehensively.
• Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices related to low current systems and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with low current systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of low current systems principles and technologies.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
