What you will do Marketing Strategy• Support the marketing strategy and activation plan for your brands across each region• Understand brand guidelines and objectives to drive in the GCC market• Liaise and work with your brand’s HQ on the full year marketing strategy and its execution ensuring a good flow of communication, continuous alignment, good organizationand excellent execution• Define all campaign objectives, assess results, and sharefindings and feedback to our internal team and brand HQs• Manage creative briefs, development, and execution of allyour brand activations with our partner agencies incollaboration with our brand HQs• Coordinate all in-store and mall activations with keystakeholders and ensure all deliverables are met andelements are supplied on time• Coordinate with key stakeholders our promotional calendarincluding our Al Futtaim Blue Rewards offers• Build and manage your brand’s budget, ensuring closemonitoring of all expenses and ensure you stay within the allocated budgets• Manage quarterly competitive reviews regardingcollections, pricing, marketing/digital activities, or any newnoteworthy initiatives• Ensure all campaign details are shared internally within thefashion division on a regular basis as well as campaign results• Manage all purchase orders for all our activities and updatebudget tracker accordingly Digital• Support our paid and earned digital strategy workingclosely with your brand’s HQ team, our performancemarketing team, and our local agencies• Support regional digital campaigns including contentstrategy, its conceptualization, coordination with ouragencies, shoot production, and content delivery• In line with brand guidelines, localise campaigns andcommunication to connect with GCC demographic• Share detailed and well-organized briefs with our agenciesand brand HQs for an efficient flow of work andcommunication• Work closely with our e-commerce team to drive brandawareness and traffic to our websites• Ensure digital budget is outlined and well managed for eachcampaign• Share campaign results and digital performance based onpre-set objectives internally and with our brand HQ teamsregularly PR and Events• Assist our agencies with all PR management, borrowings forinfluencer campaigns, and gifting creations• Facilitate the process of providing relevant loan products tojournalists for media coverage with proper documentations ofitem details in coordination with store• Manage all brand events with agencies supporting themevery step of the event development process and executionin a timely and organized manner• Share recaps internally and with our brand HQs followingeach event to showcase an overview of the event and its digital impact Required skills to be successful•Digital & PR experience a must•Must be organized, thorough, with a great ability to multi-task•Be flexible, collaborative, and organized•Have a great analytical and strategic mindset and be able to draw conclusions and share recommendations•Demonstrate creativity and outside the box thinking•Have a great knowledge of the market and competitive landscape to influence•Be proactive, efficient and know how to multi-task•Be solution oriented•Strong oral & communication skills in English – Arabic is a plus What equips you for the role Minimum Qualifications: Graduate degree in marketing or equivalent Minimum Experience and Knowledge:2-3 years About Al-Futtaim Retail Al-Futtaim Retail has established itself as one of the leaders in Retail across the Middle East, Africa & Asia over the past 30 years.
