Manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in partner operational efficiency. The integration of partner feedback into product development and business processes, ensuring partner needs are met and value is delivered. Manage partnership agreements, focusing on operational clauses that ensure smooth cooperation and mutual growth. Lead regular operational reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future objectives.
