We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales & Channel Manager to drive sales and channel partnerships in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.<br/><br/>Job Description:<br/><br/>As a Regional Sales & Channel Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for our ERP and Software Business Applications. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can also lead a team of sales professionals effectively.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Sales Strategy:<br/><br/>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and penetrate key markets in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Channel Management:<br/><br/>Build and manage a network of channel partners, resellers, and distributors to extend market reach and drive sales in the region.
Team Leadership:<br/><br/>Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Client Engagement:<br/><br/>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis:<br/><br/>Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
Pipeline Management:<br/><br/>Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
Collaboration:<br/><br/>Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and product development to drive product enhancements, customer success, and market expansion initiatives.
Performance Tracking:<br/><br/>Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.<br/><br/>Requirements:<br/><br/>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales, channel management, and team leadership, preferably in the IT/software industry.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and Software Business Applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a plus.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets is mandatory.
