We build and continue to invest in world-class end-to-end operations and look for leaders to shape decisions for long-term success.<br/><br/>YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<br/><br/>Providing legal guidance to our company concerning the GULF region, with a special emphasis on UAE law. Advising the business units on products and services.
Coordinating with external lawyers and legal advisors for collaboration to gather legal points of view from KSA and GCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain).
Ensuring that our company's operations comply with legislation and regulatory requirements.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including business contracts, licenses, supplier agreements, and other platform documentation.
Following up new legislation changes that may be related to group company's best interest.
Assessing and managing legal risks associated with our operations.
Providing legal&practical insights on the regulatory authorities' approaches and similar ongoing operations in the region would be an asset.<br/><br/>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?<br/><br/>Experience in e-commerce law in UAE/GCC/MENA + Egypt region
In-depth knowledge and experience with e-commerce law, contractual law, law of obligations, commercial law, advertising law, payment regulations, consumer law, IP law, data protection in UAE law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, team work
Capable of multitasking, ability to manage stress and strict deadlines
Excellent research and follow-up abilities
