Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative at our call center in Riyadh. This is a full-time role with a rotating shift system and a 9-hour workday (including a 1-hour break). As an employee, you will be registered in the social insurance system and receive medical insurance for yourself and your family. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Follow company policies and procedures for customer service and data privacy
Meet or exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
Stay up to date with product knowledge and changes in company policies
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer inquiries
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities
Preferred Candidate:
High school diploma or higher
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Saudi nationality
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
