Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of a distribution form for Manual of asset management policies and procedures, delivery and receipt of the manual parts from and to the concerned staff.
- Studying the requests of development of the Manual of Asset Management Policies and Procedures with routine modifications and updates and taking decisions to their regard.
- Management of delivery operations of job description cards to the development department officers after signature and preservation.
- Guidance and motivation of the heads of departments affiliated thereto to perform their works efficiently in such a manner that enables them to achieve the company objectives.
- Ensuring the compliance of heads of departments affiliated thereto with the approved policies and procedures and non-exceeding the powers granted to them (in the scope of their competence) and taking the appropriate procedures against the violators subject to the approved Regulation of Powers
- Follow up of the related regulations and legislations permanently; analyzing their impact on the company by coordination with the heads of departments affiliated thereto.
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in job purpose-related field (Marketing, Business administration, General management) or any related major.
Over ten years’ experience in the field of Real-Estate Business
Good planning and organization capability. High Supervisory Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills verbally and in writing
Proficiency in using computer applications
Mastery of Arabic and English languages
