Job Description:

• The Online Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of online orders from various platforms including our website, Noon, Amazon, and delivery apps.
• This role includes data entry into the system, preparation of products for dispatch, handling product deliveries to the shipping company, and managing returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update product information in the system to ensure all listings are current and correct.
• Product Preparation: Ensure products are properly prepared for dispatch, including packaging, labeling, and quality checks.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure smooth pickup and delivery of orders.
• Returns Management: Handle the receipt and processing of returned goods, assessing condition and determining the appropriate action.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and perform regular updates to prevent stock discrepancies.

This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in online retail or logistics is preferred.
