The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality materials while optimizing costs and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 1. Source and procure a wide range of building materials, including but not limited to concrete, steel, wood, insulation, and waterproofing materials.

3. Build and maintain a network of reliable suppliers capable of meeting the factory's diverse material requirements.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project milestones.
5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
6. Monitor inventory levels and manage material procurement to minimize excess stock and optimize working capital.
7. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements for all procured materials.
8. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct inspections and address any issues related to material quality or performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
