  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, community management tools, and content management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing community dynamics.
