- Build and lead a high-performing testing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define testing processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify opportunities for automation and develop automated test suites for web-based applications.
- Establish quality assurance practices to validate the functionality, performance, and security of web applications.
- Conduct thorough testing of software releases, including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize testing activities.
- Communicate testing status, issues, and risks effectively to project teams and leadership, providing visibility into the quality of deliverables.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (7 years) in software testing, with a focus on web-based applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience implementing test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, WebDriver, Java, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
