The ideal candidate will be a fresh or junior engineer with a keen interest and some experience in concrete technology. Proficiency in English is crucial for effective communication within our international team. Candidates with a track record of publishing articles in prestigious journals will be given preference Key Accountability Areas

1. Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects, with a focus on concrete technology.
2. Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution.
3. Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
4. Perform quality control tests on construction materials, particularly concrete, to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
5. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
6. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in civil engineering and concrete technology.

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of concrete technology principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
7. Previous experience in publishing articles in reputable journals (preferred but not required).
8. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in civil engineering ( AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, Minitab, MATLAB, and Microsoft Office Suite ).
