Responsibilities

  • Efficiently administrate contracts (transactional/commercial/corporate), their compliance requirements, variations, and payment alignments
  • Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and manage Contract Agreements/Documentation
  • Liaise with Contracts Administrators on pre-tender and post-contractual matters
  • Submit monthly payment applications and Certification of monthly applications
  • Prepare contractual letters in coordination with the Project Management Team
  • Identify changes in the scopes of work and submit variation notifications and cost proposals
  • Evaluate and verify progress applications/invoices
  • Maintain records of agreements, payments, and variations
  • Report and attend Review Meetings with Senior Management on financial and contractual matters
  • Must be FIDIC-certified and have a minimum 8 years of experience in contracts management Requirements
  • Engineering degree in Civil/mechanical/electrical
  • Familiarity with FIDIC forms of Contracts and AACE & SCL Protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational

skills 

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Key Skills Needed
