- Aljonah Sweets Company is looking for a Production Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
- Product planning and production schedules.
- Supervision of production and manufacturing operations.
- Ensuring stock adequacy and requesting unavailable resources.
- Setting standards for quality and discussing budget expectations for the product.
- Periodic maintenance of equipment and repair of damaged ones.
- Reviewing workers' performance and identifying training needs in addition to training new workers.
- Supervising and motivating the work team.
- Work with managers to achieve company goals in accordance with its policy while maintaining quality standards.
- Collecting and analyzing data and contacting various departments and companies.
- Monitor production rates and ensure product standards.
Requirements:
- +8years of experience as a Production Manager
- English Language
- Excel
- Residing in Jeddah or ready to move to live Jeddah
