  • Some knowledge of fish types used in the business.
  • Some knowledge of sushi types and sushi rolling styles.
  • Able to be standing for long periods.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Must have a professional appearance and attitude.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Set up sushi bars and stations.
  • Prepare sushi bar sauces and dressings.
  • Prepare all sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.
  • Always maintain the sushi bar area clean at the end of the shift.
