Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provides day-to-day proper pre-analytical work, which includes: (collection, receiving and distribution of specimens from Outpatients and Blood Donor Services)
   

Main Tasks: 

• Following all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain sanitary work areas

• Gathering medical testing materials, including needles, sample vials, blood storage bags and test tubes and others

• Verifying patient information and labeling samples properly

• Accurately updating patient information in the organizations database

• Drawing patient samples in sample collection area and outside.

• Matching patient receipt with the prescription before sample collection

• Transportation and segregation of samples according to tests, investigations, and area.

• Keeping the coordinator informed on customer feedback / complaints

• Maintaining confidentiality of information regarding patients.

• Having good communication skills and have good lab practices knowledge.

• Helping nervous or frightened patients remain calm

• Data entry and computer skills

• Strong attention to details

• Experience with children is a plus

• Duty hours per day: Eight hours, Schedule may vary to include day or night
• Working days:  6 days per week. Fridays (overtime payment)

• القيام بمهام ما قبل تحليل العينة يوميًا، والذي يشمل: (جمع واستلام وتسليم العينات من مختلف الأماكن الخارجية)

المهام الرئيسية

• اتباع جميع بروتوكولات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة للحفاظ على مناطق العمل الصحي

• جمع مواد الفحص الطبي ، بما في ذلك الإبر وقوارير العينات وأكياس تخزين الدم وأنابيب الاختبار وغيرها

• التحقق من معلومات المريض وتصنيف العينات بشكل صحيح

• التحديث الدقيق لمعلومات المريض في قاعدة البيانات

• سحب عينات المرضى في منطقة جمع العينات وخارجها

• مطابقة إيصال المريض مع الوصفة الطبية قبل أخذ العينة

• نقل وفصل العينات حسب الاختبارات والتحقيقات والمنطقة.

• إبقاء المنسق على علم بآراء العملاء / شكاوى

• الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المتعلقة بالمرضى.

• امتلاك مهارات اتصال جيدة ومعرفة الممارسات المعملية الجيدة.

• مساعدة المرضى العصبيين والخائفين على التزام الهدوء

• إدخال البيانات ومهارات الكمبيوتر

• اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل

• يفضل الخبرة في السحب من الأطفال

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بنفس المجال

• اجادة اللغة العربية الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة

• على استعداد للعمل الإضافي إذا لزم الأمر

• ثماني ساعات ، قد يختلف الجدول الزمني ليشمل النهار أوالليل
• أيام الجمعه (بمقابل اضافى) ستة ايام في الاسبوع,
