Site Architectural Engineer Exp ( 6-8yrs ) – No (1)

• Creating drawings, sketches, and models to communicate design ideas to clients and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with other engineers and architects to develop designs that meet building codes and standards
• Reviewing blueprints, designs, and plans created by architects or other engineers and making recommendations for changes
• Conducting research regarding materials and techniques used in construction of buildings or other structures
• Conducting inspections during the construction process to ensure that construction meets building codes and standards
• Developing computer models of buildings or structures using specialized software programs
• Meeting with clients to discuss project details and specifications
• Determining the feasibility of a design before beginning construction
• Preparing construction invoices based on the activity executed on the site.
• Coordinate with cad operator to finalize all the shop drawings needed to start the activities.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Ensures that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
