  • Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the specified budget during project allocation and forecasting.

  • Responsible to designate every project resource.

  • Prepare and do cost estimation and budget development.

  • Responsible to monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed all the time.

  • Control time management.

  • Make sure that the predefined Milestone is met.

  • Ensure the end customer requirement is met and he is satisfied.

  • Analyze, identify and resolve all project risks.

  • Organize and motivate the team to effectively function which results to an effective and productive team and organization as a whole.

  • Experience in managing IT and (ECM, CSP, Correspondence system, Business Automation, BPM) Projects.

  • Well control for all vendors and enhancing delivery schedule process.

  • Manage project procurement and delivery.

  • Manage vendor agreements and payment terms in full compliance with the pre-defined project budget and cash flow.

  • Have experience for 5+ years in project management.

  • Transferable IQAMA is required.
