Job Purpose:

• A doctor is responsible for providing the patient with the best care and treatment in accordance with the established standards of practice and objectives in order to ensure that patients get the best treatment. 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in medical science.
•  Minimum of master's degree in Pain Management
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience after Master's degree.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fosters laborative doctor/patient relationships and seeks opportunities to positively impact the patient experience. Actively engages and educates patients on factors influencing spine health and the importance of on-going spine maintenance.
• Reviews patient questionnaire, medical history and performs prescribed diagnostics and thorough patient assessment.
• Prepares detailed Report of Findings and establishes the appropriate treatment plan.
• Prepares radiological reports for each view taken in a manner consistent with their local governing. Communicates findings and treatment plans with patient.
• Conducts pre-treatment diagnostic check of patients focusing on the spine, posture and range of movement.
• Using KKT devices treat patients in accordance with KKT protocols and perform diagnostic check post-treatment to measure improvement.
• Prepares detailed comparative Progress Report for review and consultation with the patient on 12th visit. Establishes appropriate Maintenance Program and educates the patient on the importance of regular KKT check-ups.
• Educates and advises patients on rehabilitation exercises and techniques to aid long-term recovery and to ensure health is maintained.
• Educates and advises patients on nutritional programs to aid in long term recovery and ensure optimal health is maintained.
•  Keeps accurate and confidential records using KKT Client Application software, and paper records, as necessary.
• Participates in and contributes to the scientific advancement of KKT initiatives through laborative clinical studies while ensuring adherence to defined protocols and methodologies.
• Trains and works closely with Patient Management Advocate to improve knowledge and understanding of treatment protocols.
• Undertakes continuing professional development through case review, reading professional journals, on-going training and attending conferences.
• Will attend regular online workshop meetings with other KKT Providers to discuss difficult or significant cases to update each provider's toolkit.
• Must maintain professional liability insurance.
• Participates in KKT sponsored community events in order to educate the public and professionals on spine-related concerns and the treatment breakthroughs available through KKT.
•  Actively seeks opportunities to promote KKT initiatives and solicits referrals from existing patients.
• Will follow the KKT guidelines in referring or prescribing any other procedure, treatment, modality or medications 
• Ensuring the documentation of each step-in patient healthcare management
•  Will provide data and will assist in research trials on-demand by KKT International
• Will follow the policies regarding updates, advanced and refresher courses to maintain his/her certification as per KKT International policies.

Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of KKT treatment, protocols, methodology and operating standards.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to execute the KKT vision through laborative team effort, passion and dedication
• Excellent bedside manner and the demonstrated ability to build solid doctor/patient relationships by expressing compassion, empathy and understanding and by engaging active listening skills
• Strong advocates of KKT
•  Strong Diagnostic skills
•  Limit KKT liability by acting within the scope of his/her practice as described by local governing.
• Must identify high-risk patients and/or patients that have advanced disease that cannot be treated by KKT and refer them to the appropriate health care provider.
• Proven ability to work effectively and laboratively with a diverse workforce across a broad range of educational and professional backgrounds
• Appreciation for cultural differences and willingness to learn and adapt to these differences
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to gain the confidence of others
• Computer literacy
• Fluency in English/Arabic (oral and written)
