Duty Hours: Full Time/ Part Time

We're looking for a results-driven customer service agent to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. to work in Home Care company

Responsibilities

Receive all inbound calls and complete

·         Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner

·         Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics

·         Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

·         Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

·         Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

·         Be empathic to patient and manage customers complains with directing information to the appropriate department

·         Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

·         Confirm appointments and complete appointments rescheduling as per needed .

·         Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

·         Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

·         Previous experience in a customer support role 3 years

·         Medical background is a plus ,ability to learn in medical field

·         Track record of over-achieving quota

·         Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

·         Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

·         Strong communication skills .

·         Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

·         Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

·         High school degree
