Job Description:

  • You will be the vision and strategy behind your brand- developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
  • Craft brand building activity system locally to drive brand penetration in the market Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding in Saudi.
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis and Keep abreast of the latest market trends and best practices.
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
  • Be up to date with the local market influencers / stakeholders / beauty trends.
  • Develop relationship with them and integrate PR into your campaigns. Constantly train the commercial teams, merchandisers on the brand RTBs/Benefits and lead beauty advisors Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure the commercial goals of the brand are met.
  • Determine development areas of the direct reports, conveys necessary information in these areas, supports to improve the performance and guides in order to support the individual development and to increase their performance.

  • Persuades and inspires others (consumers, agency, cross functional teams, system, customers, suppliers, marketing team) Understanding and experience in the KSA market (trends, competition, consumer, product and processes) and/or the retail channels.
  • Good commercial/customer understanding Educational   

Requirements:

  • University degree in marketing or similar. 
  • At least 5yrs of XP in marketing and/or trade marketing.
