AC technician: Number of technicians required (5)
Job description
a. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance program for all types of air-conditioners including but not limited to HVAC, FCU’s, AHU’s FAHU’s,
b. Package unit, Ductable split unit, Split wall-mounted type, Cassette type, display type and closed circuit units.
c. Diagnosing the problems whilst carrying out preventative or reactive maintenance and notifying the same to the site supervisor or the reporting manager.
d. Rectifying and repairing problems pertaining the electrical circuit of the Air-conditioners.
e. Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential.
i. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems. This will include diagnosing diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, collect replacement part details and dimension.
f. Installation of parts like compressors, fan motors, capacitors, PC boards, Thermostat, actuator motors and all other AC related parts.
g. General services like AC service, coil cleaning, duct cleaning, flushing the system, gas top up, pipe insulation, brazing the leaking area, re-piping (if necessary), etc.
h. Prepare Annexure (for material) to re-instate any Air-conditioning system and submitting the same to supervisor or coordinator.
i. Properly filling of job card or reports and submitting to the Operations department.
Electromechanical engineer required (1)
Job description
1. 5-8 years' experience in leading maintenance team for all kind of air conditioners maintenance and installation.
2. Ability to read drawings and diagnosing problems. Design and calculate loads for any type of air conditioning system for buildings and the same abilities for electrical repairs and design.
