Company Description

Monneli is a multinational local manufacturer established in communion with Monneli Italy to build material products and finishes for all types of uses. Monneli's mission is to provide building solutions to local consultants and contractors in Qatar by assembling a full line of products, including cementitious products, from renders to tile adhesives and chemical ones such as concrete repair and surface treatment. With our technical support and assistance from our sales and specification team, we aim to deliver high-quality construction materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our building materials product line, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Identify and qualify sales leads within the construction industry, including architects, contractors, developers, and building owners.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the advantages of our building materials over competitors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales and secure contracts.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns related to our building materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
