Job Details

About Nama Partners
Nama Partners is a strategic consulting firm that works primarily with entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and companies with significant interests there. The firm was founded to address issues that do not fit the large firm model: a board of directors discussing a succession issue, a family group considering an external capital injection, or a holding company that has lost a clear picture of its portfolio economics.
The firm's work covers corporate strategy, growth, market entry, operating models, efficiency improvement, organization, talent, digital strategy, performance improvement, governance, and risk. The partners who define the scope of work participate in its execution, and cooperation with the client often continues after the recommendation phase, with attendance at board meetings and testing management plans during implementation.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Collect client data from various sources, from internal performance reports to industry databases, and clean and organize it so that it becomes valid for analysis.
  • Prepare tables and charts that go into presentation materials and board files, while reviewing the numbers before they are released.
  • Analyze business, product, and market performance, and provide a clear reading of what the numbers say to the team.
  • Monitor performance indicators in ongoing projects and update dashboards periodically.
  • Build simple computational models to estimate the financial impact of options presented to the client.
  • Document the data sources and assumptions used in each analysis so that they can be referred to at a later time.

Required Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, from studies, training, part-time work, or a university project.
  • Proficiency in using Excel for tables, functions, and charts.
  • Ability to read numbers and explain what they mean in a few clear sentences.
  • Precision in working with numbers, with a habit of reviewing the file before submitting it.
  • Clear organization in arranging files and sources, and documenting what has been done.
  • Willingness to learn analysis tools and dashboards with guidance from the team.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, written and spoken, and the ability to work in English for reading and correspondence.

Qualifications that are an added advantage
  • Practical experience with Power BI or a similar tool for building dashboards.
  • Knowledge of the basics of SQL or Python for handling data.
  • Familiarity with sectors the company operates in, such as family groups, financial services, or government entities.
  • Background in accounting, finance, or business administration.

What We Offer
  • A permanent, full-time position.
  • Fully remote work, with tasks performed from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Direct participation in projects prepared for decision-makers within well-known entities in the Kingdom.
  • Continuous work with those who define the project scope and execute it, without administrative levels separating analysis from decision-making.
  • Early exposure to the fields of strategy, growth, operating models, and performance improvement.

Who Will Succeed in This Role
Those who succeed here are comfortable working with unorganized numbers at the beginning and rearranging them without waiting for detailed instructions. Someone who writes clearly and prefers a short note that says the thing once over a long piece of material that does not reach a conclusion. A project often goes through periods where demand and priority change, so those working on it need calmness, organization, and the ability to return to the source for verification. Anyone who possesses these habits will find in this role a wide space to learn about real work.
