يضمن أخصائي مراقبة جودة طائرات MD530 تنفيذ جميع أنشطة صيانة الطائرات بأمان وصحة ووفقاً لمعايير الطيران. تؤثر عمليات التفتيش الخاصة بك بشكل مباشر على جاهزية الطائرة وسلامتها وقدرتها على تنفيذ المهام لصالح العملاء.
المسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش المجدولة وغير المجدولة والعشوائية لضمان تلبية أعمال الصيانة لمعايير الطيران والمطبوعات الفنية ومتطلبات السلامة.
- مراجعة الصيانة المنفذة في جميع التخصصات—بما في ذلك مجموعة نقل الحركة، والمحركات، وإلكترونيات الطيران، والكهرباء، والصفائح المعدنية، واللحام، والتسليح، ومكافحة التآكل، والتحكم في الأدوات، وغيرها—لتأكيد الدقة والامتثال.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش بنسبة 100%، وفحوصات شهرية، وفحوصات جودة قائمة على الملاحظة.
- التحقق من سجلات الطائرات والبيانات الخاصة بالجاهزية لضمان دقتها واكتمالها.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش المجدولة وغير المجدولة والعشوائية لضمان تلبية أعمال الصيانة لمعايير الطيران والمطبوعات الفنية ومتطلبات السلامة.
- تحديد تباينات عدم مطابقة الصيانة وإصدار الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحقق منها لضمان معالجتها في الوقت المناسب.
- تصنيف النتائج حسب الشدة (رئيسية، فرعية، أو ملاحظة) ودعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة سجلات الجاهزية وبرامج الصيانة (التحكم في الأدوات، التآكل، TMDE، تحليل الزيوت، إلخ) لضمان استيفاء جميع المتطلبات.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير التفتيش، وتقارير عدم المطابقة، ووثائق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة سجلات الصيانة، وتتبع المكونات، ووثائق التزويد لضمان الدقة والتوجيه الصحيح.
- التحقق من أن التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) لفنيي الصيانة يتم تنفيذه وتوثيقه بشكل صحيح. التعاون مع إدارة ضبط الإنتاج، والتزويد الفني، وقيادة الصيانة لحل مشكلات الجودة.
- التنسيق مع ممثل الطيران الحكومي بشأن متطلبات توثيق رحلات اختبار الصيانة.
- تقديم التوجيه لفرق الصيانة لتعزيز التحسين المستمر وتقليل إعادة العمل.
- أداء جميع المهام الأخرى حسب التكليف.
المؤهلات
التعليم / الشهادات:
- درجة الدبلوم في صيانة الطيران، أو تكنولوجيا الفضاء، أو مجال ذي صلة. تُقبل درجة البكالوريوس كبديل مكافئ.
- كشرط للتوظيف في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب على جميع المرشحين إكمال برنامج التحقق من المهنيين (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية بنجاح لضمان الأهلية لمعالجة التأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
الشهادة
- شهادة هيكل الطائرة والمحركات (A&P) من إدارة الطيران الفيدرالية (FAA)
الخبرة
- خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في صيانة الطائرات المروحية/الجناح الدوار، طائرات MD530
- خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في مراقبة الجودة، أو كمفتش فني، أو في دور تفتيش مماثل
- قدرة قوية على تفسير الأدلة الفنية ووثائق الصيانة
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير التفتيش ووثائق الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل مستقل
- يجب استيفاء المتطلبات البدنية ومتطلبات الانتشار والسفر للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية
- شهادة هيكل الطائرة والمحركات (A&P) من إدارة الطيران الفيدرالية (FAA)
الخبرة المرغوبة
- خبرة في التعامل مع طائرات AH-64، أو UH-60، أو MD-530F، أو AH-6i
- خبرة في دعم متطلبات توثيق رحلات اختبار الصيانة
- خبرة في تقديم تقارير جاهزية الطائرات

The MD530 Quality Control Specialist ensures that all aircraft maintenance activities are performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with aviation standards. Your inspections directly influence aircraft readiness, safety, and mission capability for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.
- Review maintenance performed across all disciplines—including Powertrain, Engines, Avionics, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Welding, Armament, Corrosion Control, Tool Control, and more—to confirm accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct 100% inspections, monthly inspections, and observation-based quality checks.
- Verify aircraft logbooks, records, and readiness data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.
- Identify maintenance discrepancies and issue corrective actions.
- Track and validate corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Classify findings by severity (major, minor, or observation) and support root-cause analysis when needed.
- Review readiness and maintenance program records (Tool Control, Corrosion, TMDE, Oil Analysis, etc.) to ensure all requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, discrepancy reports, and corrective action documentation.
- Monitor maintenance records, component tracking, and supply documentation to ensure accuracy and proper routing.
- Verify that on-the-job training (OJT) for maintainers is properly executed and documented. Collaborate with Production Control, Technical Supply, and Maintenance leadership to resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate with the Government Flight Representative on maintenance test flight documentation requirements.
- Provide guidance to maintenance teams to promote continuous improvement and reduce rework.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
- Associate degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Technology, or related field. Bachelor's degree accepted as equivalent.
- As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
Certification
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Experience
- 5+ years of helicopter/rotary-wing maintenance experience, MD530
- 2+ years in a Quality Control, Technical Inspector, or similar inspection role
- Strong ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation
- Ability to produce inspection reports and corrective action documents independently
- Must meet physical, deployment, and travel requirements for work in KSA FAA
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Desired Experience
- Experience on AH-64, UH-60, MD-530F, or AH-6i aircraft
- Experience supporting maintenance test flight documentation requirements
- Experience with aircraft readiness reporting
