تسعى شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين مهندس معمار لاندسكيب رئيسي / مشارك يتمتع بالخبرة لتقديم القيادة للتصميم والفريق ضمن استوديو تصميم اللاندسكيب المبتكر لدينا، وصياغة حلول لاندسكيب عالية الجودة وإبداعية ومستدامة عبر المشاريع الكبرى في المنطقة.
سيجلب المرشح الناجح خبرة قوية في الشرق الأوسط، يجمع فيها بين القيادة التصميمية الإبداعية والخبرة الفنية، والتفاعل مع العملاء وتسليم المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة رؤية التصميم وتسليم مشاريع الهندسة المعمارية للاندسكيب والمجال العام واسعة النطاق من الفكرة وحتى التنفيذ.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والتصميمية عبر فرق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- تطوير مفاهيم لاندسكيب جذابة ومخططات رئيسية وإستراتيجيات للمجال العام تلبي المتطلبات البيئية والثقافية ومتطلبات العملاء.
- تعزيز التميز والابتكار والاستدامة في التصميم طوال جميع مراحل المشروع.
- توجيه وإرشاد مهندسي معمار اللاندسكيب والمصممين الحضريين والمصممين المبتدئين داخل الاستوديو.
- إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء والعمل كمستشار موثوق به في مسائل الهندسة المعمارية للاندسكيب والمجال العام.
- قيادة ورش عمل التصميم والعروض التقديمية ومشاركات أصحاب المصلحة.
- دفع عجلة تسليم المشاريع، وضمان تحقيق أهداف الجودة والجدول الزمني والأهداف التجارية.
- التعاون عن كثب مع المهندسين المعماريين والمخططين والمهندسين وأخصائيي البيئة والتخصصات الأخرى عبر شبكة WSP العالمية.
- المساهمة في أنشطة تطوير الأعمال والمناقصات والمسابقات واستقطاب العملاء.
- دعم النمو المستمر والنجاح لاستوديو تصميم اللاندسكيب الخاص بـ WSP في جميع أنحاء الشرق الأوسط.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية للاندسكيب أو تخصص ذات صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في استشارات الهندسة المعمارية للاندسكيب العالمية الرائدة، أو التصميم الحضري، أو الاستشارات متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة قوية في مشاريع الشرق الأوسط عبر مجالات الهندسة المعمارية للاندسكيب والمجال العام والتخطيط الرئيسي.
- سجل حافل ومثبت في قيادة الفرق متعددة التخصصات وتسليم مشاريع بارزة وواسعة النطاق.
- قدرة استثنائية على التصميم المفاهيمي مع مهارات قوية في الرسم اليدوي والتواصل البصري والتصميم الرقمي.
- خبرة في تطوير التصميم وتسليم المشاريع وإدارة العملاء.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ وممارسات تصميم اللاندسكيب المستدام الفضلى.
- إتقان استخدام برامج AutoCAD وAdobe Creative Suite وSketchUp وRhino وLumion وEnscape وغيرها من برامج التصميم ذات الصلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض التقديمي وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

Job Description
WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Principal / Associate Landscape Architect to provide design and team leadership within our innovative Landscape Design Studio, shaping high-quality, creative and sustainable landscape solutions across major projects in the region.
The successful candidate will bring strong Middle East experience, combining creative design leadership with technical expertise, client engagement and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and delivery of large-scale landscape architecture and public realm projects from concept through implementation.
- Provide technical and design leadership across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Develop compelling landscape concepts, masterplans, and public realm strategies that respond to environmental, cultural, and client requirements.
- Champion design excellence, innovation, and sustainability throughout all project stages.
- Guide and mentor Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, and Junior Designers within the studio.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on landscape architecture and public realm matters.
- Lead design workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Drive project delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with architects, planners, engineers, environmental specialists, and other disciplines across WSP's global network.
- Contribute to business development activities, bids, competitions, and client pursuits.
- Support the continued growth and success of WSP's Landscape Design Studio across the Middle East.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of professional experience within leading international landscape architecture, urban design, or multidisciplinary consultancies.
- Strong Middle East project experience across landscape architecture, public realm, and master planning developments.
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale, high-profile projects.
- Exceptional conceptual design capability with strong hand-sketching, visual communication, and digital design skills.
- Expertise in design development, project delivery, and client management.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable landscape design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Chartered, Registered, or professionally accredited status would be advantageous.
