ملخص الوظيفة
سيكون الفني الماهر مسؤولاً عن دعم كل من عمليات الصيانة والتصنيع داخل المنشأة. يتطلب هذا الدور خبرة فنية عملية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتشخيصها وصيانة آلات ومعدات الإنتاج لضمان عمليات آمنة وفعالة وموثوقة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيقوم الفني بدعم أنشطة التصنيع وتنفيذ العمليات وإدخال المنتجات الجديدة بالتنسيق مع فريق الهندسة.
المسؤوليات
- إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وتشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والنيوماتيكية (الهوائية) والهيدروليكية في آلات ومعدات الإنتاج.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وصيانة الأعطال لتقليل وقت التوقف وتحسين موثوقية المعدات.
- دعم عمليات التصنيع اليومية من خلال ضمان جاهزية الآلات والأدوات والتركيبات والمعدات وتشغيلها بكفاءة.
- إعداد الآلات وضبطها ومعايرتها وتنفيذ عمليات التغيير والإعداد وفقاً لمتطلبات الإنتاج.
- دعم فرق الإنتاج أثناء أنشطة التصنيع لحل المشكلات الفنية والحفاظ على سير العمل بسلاسة.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ عمليات التصنيع، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والإنتاجية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق الهندسة أثناء إدخال وتنفيذ المنتجات أو العمليات أو المعدات الجديدة.
- دعم التجارب وتشغيل التحقق والتعديلات على العمليات لتطبيق المنتجات الجديدة.
- تقديم ملاحظات فنية لفرق الهندسة والإنتاج فيما يتعلق بقدرات الآلات، وجدوى العمليات، والأدوات، والتحسينات المحتملة.
- تحديد الأسباب الجذرية لأعطال الآلات أو مشكلات العمليات أو عدم الكفاءة في الإنتاج واقتراح حلول عملية لمنع تكرارها.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ التحسينات لتعزيز أداء الآلات، والإنتاجية، والسلامة، والجودة، وموثوقية العمليات.
- إجراء فحص روتيني والتأكد من أن الآلات تعمل وفقاً للمعايير المطلوبة.
- الاحتفاظ بتوثيق مناسب لأنشطة الصيانة، والإصلاحات، واستخدام قطع الغيار، وحالة الآلات، ومعايير الإعداد، وتغييرات العمليات.

المؤهلات
- معرفة فنية قوية بالنظم الميكانيكية والكهربائية في بيئة التصنيع.
- خبرة في استكشاف أخطاء الآلات الصناعية، ومعدات الإنتاج، والمحركات، وأجهزة الاستشعار، والمحركات الكهربائية، ولوحات التحكم، وأنظمة الأتمتة الأساسية وإصلاحها.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات الميكانيكية والرسومات الكهربائية والأدلة الفنية وتعليمات العمل.
- خبرة عملية في الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- يُفضل معرفة الأنظمة الهوائية (النيوماتيكية) والهيدروليكية.
- القدرة على إعداد الآلات وضبطها ومعايرتها وإجراء عمليات التبديل والتغيير.
- فهم عمليات التصنيع وسير عمل الإنتاج ومتطلبات الجودة وضوابط العمليات.
- القدرة على دعم تجارب المنتجات الجديدة والتحقق من صحة العمليات وأنشطة التنفيذ.
- مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط أثناء الأعطال أو انقطاعات الإنتاج.
- مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب لإعداد التقارير وتوثيق الصيانة وسجلات العمليات.
- وعي قوي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة والتشغيل.
الملف الشخصي المفضل
- دبلوم فني ومؤهل في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، الميكاترونكس، الصيانة الصناعية، تكنولوجيا التصنيع، أو مجال ذات صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في بيئة تصنيع أو صيانة صناعية.
- خبرة في دعم الإنتاج، وصيانة الآلات، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والإعداد والتغيير، وتحسين العمليات، وإدخال منتجات جديدة.
- مرن، عملي، مبادر، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل أو كجزء من فريق.
- إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة لفهم الأدلة الفنية وتعليمات السلامة وثائق الصيانة.
- تُفضل مهارات اللغة العربية لدعم التواصل مع الفرق المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة.
Position Summary
The Skilled Technician will be responsible for supporting both maintenance and manufacturing operations within the facility. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. In addition, the technician will support manufacturing activities, process execution, and the implementation of new products in coordination with the Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machines and equipment.
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Support daily manufacturing operations by ensuring machines, tools, fixtures, and equipment are ready and operating efficiently.
- Perform machine setup, adjustment, calibration, and changeover activities according to production requirements.
- Support production teams during manufacturing activities to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Assist in the execution of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Work closely with the Engineering team during the introduction and implementation of new products, processes, or equipment.
- Support trials, validation runs, and process adjustments for new product implementation.
- Provide technical feedback to Engineering and Production teams regarding machine capability, process feasibility, tooling, and potential improvements.
- Identify root causes of machine failures, process issues, or production inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in developing and implementing improvements to enhance machine performance, productivity, safety, quality, and process reliability.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure machines are operating according to required standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts usage, machine condition, setup parameters, and process changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company standards, and good manufacturing practices.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the achievement of the division’s KPIs by contributing to machine uptime, production efficiency, quality performance, safety compliance, cost control, timely changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting industrial machines, production equipment, motors, sensors, drives, control panels, and basic automation systems.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and work instructions.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is preferred.
- Ability to perform machine setup, adjustment, calibration, and changeover activities.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflow, quality requirements, and process controls.
- Ability to support new product trials, process validation, and implementation activities.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during breakdowns or production interruptions.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, maintenance documentation, and process records.
- Strong awareness of health, safety, quality, and operational standards.
Preferred Profile
- Technical diploma and qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- Experience in production support, machine maintenance, troubleshooting, changeover, process improvement, and new product introduction.
- Flexible, hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, to understand technical manuals, safety instructions, and maintenance documentation.
- Arabic language skills are preferred to support communication with local teams and stakeholders.
