• Description: Our client is a leading fast-growing company in the field of consulting & advisory services, actively seeking a high-caliber Manager – Direct Tax to strengthen its tax and advisory practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee Zakat, Corporate Tax, and Withholding Tax (WHT) compliance and advisory engagements.
  2. Review and finalize Zakat and tax returns, calculations, assessments, reports, and client deliverables, ensuring full alignment with applicable Saudi regulations.
  3. Provide technical advice to clients on complex Zakat and tax matters, including tax planning, corporate structuring, and compliance considerations.
  4. Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact throughout engagement lifecycles.
  5. Lead, supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members while ensuring assignment delivery is high quality and timely.
  6. Support the development of client proposals, business pitches, and new advisory opportunities.
  7. Monitor regulatory changes, amendments in Saudi Zakat and tax legislation, ZATCA rulings/guidance, and evolving industry best practices.
  Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Credentials: Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, CTA, ACCA) or substantial progress toward one is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated Zakat and Direct Tax experience, preferably gained within a professional services or advisory environment.
  • Technical & Core Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of KSA Zakat, Corporate Income Tax, and WHT regulations; proven experience leading teams and managing multi-client engagements; strong analytical, problem-solving, and client presentation abilities.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
