بصفتك مديراً أول لقادة الرأي الرقميين، ستتولى بناء وإدارة استراتيجية إشراك قادة الرأي الرقميين في الشركة التابعة ضمن الشؤون الطبية. ستعمل على تحديد والتعاون مع الأطباء ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية الذين يمتلكون تأثيراً رقمياً موثوقاً، مما يساعد في ترجمة العلوم المعقدة إلى تعليم متاح وقائم على الأدلة يصل إلى كل من الممارسين الصحيين والجمهور. ومن خلال عملك في نقطة التلاقي بين الشؤون الطبية والاتصال الرقمي وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة، ستساهم في صياغة كيفية مشاركة المعلومات الصحية الدقيقة بين الجمهور الناطق باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية — مما يحقق تقدماً للأشخاص الذين يعيشون مع أمراض مزمنة خطيرة.
ما ستجلبه معك
- درجة علمية في الصيدلة، الطب، أو أي تخصص آخر ذات صلة بالعلوم الصحية.
- خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في الشؤون الطبية أو مجال ذي صلة في قطاعات الأدوية، الرعاية الصحية، الاتصالات الطبية، التعليم الطبي، الصحة الرقمية، أو بيئة إشراك ممارسي الرعاية الصحية.
- خبرة في والتفاعل مع الأطباء، ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية، وقادة الرأي الرئيسيين و/أو قادة الرأي الرقميين.
- خبرة في دعم مبادرات الاتصال الطبي أو العلمي، التعليم الطبي، التوعية بالأمراض، أو مبادرات تثقيف المستهلك.
- الإلمام بالمنصات الرقمية واستخدامها في التواصل في مجال الرعاية الصحية، التثقيف العام، وإشراك ممارسي الرعاية الصحية.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، مع القدرة على مراجعة وتكييف وتوصيل المحتوى الطبي والعلمي بدقة بكلتا اللغتين.
- مهارات اتصال علمي قوية والقدرة على تقديم رسائل طبية واضحة ودقيقة ومتوازنة لجماهير متنوعة.
- مهارات تعاون قوية عبر الوظائف المختلفة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق الشؤون الطبية، التنظيمية، القانونية، الامتثال، الاتصالات، والتسويق.
- التمتع بالحكمة والاحترافية والارتياح في العمل على الأنشطة ذات الظهور الخارجي والحساسة للامتثال.
مؤهلات مفيدة، ولكنها ليست أساسية:
- دكتور صيدلة (PharmD)، بكالوريوس طب وجراحة (MD/MBBS)، ماجستير، دكتوراه، ماجستير الصحة العامة (MPH) أو أي درجة علمية متقدمة أخرى في علوم الحياة أو الرعاية الصحية.
- خبرة سابقة في الشؤون الطبية، لا سيما في الاتصال العلمي، أو إشراك الخبراء الخارجيين، أو التعليم الطبي.
- خبرة سابقة في صناعة الأدوية.
- خبرة في العمل مع الوكالات، شركاء المحتوى، أو فرق الإنتاج الرقمي.
ما ستفعله
- تحديد ورسم خرائط وتحديد أولويات قادة الرأي الرقميين وممارسي الرعاية الصحية الذين يتمتعون بمصداقية علمية قوية وحضور رقمي ذي صلة، وبناء علاقات مهنية تدعم التعليم الطبي وتثقيف المستهلك القائم على الأدلة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الاتصال الطبي الرقمي التي تعزز وصول وأهمية التعليم الطبي عبر القنوات الرقمية، مع الحفاظ على الدقة العلمية والامتثال.
- الشراكة مع قادة الرأي الرقميين لترجمة الموضوعات الطبية والعلمية المعقدة إلى محتوى تعليمي مسؤول وغير ترويجي ومتاح للجمهور، بما في ذلك مقاطع الفيديو، الندوات عبر الإنترنت، البودكاست، المقالات، ومواد التوعية بالأمراض.
- استخلاص الرؤى من قادة الرأي الرقميين، وقادة الرأي الرئيسيين، والمحادثات الرقمية المتعلقة بالرعاية الصحية لتوجيه تخطيط الشؤون الطبية، وتحديد الاحتياجات التعليمية غير الملباة، ودعم استراتيجية الاتصال العلمي.
- دعم تطوير وتقديم مبادرات التعليم الطبي لممارسي الرعاية الصحية من خلال الاجتماعات العلمية، والندوات عبر الإنترنت، والمنتديات الرقمية، والمنصات التعليمية.
- بناء وصيانة علاقات استراتيجية مع الشركاء الخارجيين، الجمعيات المهنية، الوكالات، وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين عبر أقسام الشؤون الطبية، التنظيمية، القانونية، الامتثال، الاتصالات، والتسويق.
- إرساء طرق عمل واضحة لتحديد قادة الرأي الرقميين وإشراكهم، ومراجعة المحتوى، والاعتمادات، والحوكمة — مما يدعم نموذجاً تشغيلياً قابلاً للتوسع للوظيفة المستقبلي.
من ستعمل معهم
ستتبع مباشرة للمدير الطبي للشركة التابعة وستعمل كجزء من فريق الشؤون الطبية في الرياض. هذا دور مستحدث حديثاً، وستتمتع بدرجة عالية من الاستقلالية في صياغة كيفية عمل الوظيفة وتطورها.
داخلياً، سيشمل أقرب شركائك زملائك في أقسام الشؤون التنظيمية، القانونية والامتثال، التسويق والتجارة، الاتصالات، وفرق برامج دعم المرضى. وخارجياً، ستصنع علاقات مع قادة الرأي الرقميين، وقادة الرأي الرئيسيين، والأطباء، والجمعيات المهنية للرعاية الصحية، وشركاء التعليم الطبي، ووكالات المحتوى الرقمي.

Senior Manager, Digital Opinion Leaders

As Senior Manager, Digital Opinion Leaders, you will build and lead the affiliate's Digital Opinion Leader engagement strategy within Medical Affairs. You will identify and partner with physicians and healthcare providers who have credible digital influence, helping translate complex science into accessible, evidence-based education that reaches both healthcare professionals and the public. Working at the intersection of medical affairs, digital communication and stakeholder engagement, you will shape how accurate health information is shared across Arabic- and English-speaking audiences — creating progress for people living with serious chronic diseases.
What you'll bring
- A degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or another relevant health science discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical communications, medical education, digital health or HCP engagement environment.
- Experience engaging with physicians, healthcare providers, Key Opinion Leaders and/or Digital Opinion Leaders.
- Experience supporting medical or scientific communication, medical education, disease awareness or consumer education initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and their use in healthcare communication, public education and HCP engagement.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to review, adapt and communicate medical and scientific content accurately in both languages.
- Strong scientific communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, accurate and balanced medical messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Communications and Marketing teams.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and comfort working on externally visible and compliance-sensitive activities.
Useful, but not essential:
- PharmD, MD/MBBS, MSc, PhD, MPH or other advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare.
- Prior Medical Affairs experience, particularly in scientific communication, external expert engagement or medical education.
- Prior pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience working with agencies, content partners or digital production teams.
What you'll do
- Identify, map and priorities Digital Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals with strong scientific credibility and relevant digital presence, and establish professional relationships that support evidence-based medical and consumer education.
- Develop and execute digital medical communication plans that enhance the reach and relevance of medical education across digital channels, while maintaining scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with Digital Opinion Leaders to translate complex medical and scientific topics into accessible, responsible and non-promotional educational content for the public, including videos, webinars, podcasts, articles and disease awareness materials.
- Capture insights from Digital Opinion Leaders, Key Opinion Leaders and digital healthcare conversations to inform Medical Affairs planning, identify unmet educational needs and support scientific communication strategy.
- Support the development and delivery of medical education initiatives for healthcare professionals through scientific meetings, webinars, digital forums and educational platforms.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, professional associations, agencies and internal stakeholders across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Communications and Marketing.
- Establish clear ways of working for Digital Opinion Leader identification, engagement, content review, approvals and governance — supporting a scalable operating model for the future function.
Who you'll work with
You will report directly to the Affiliate Medical Director and work as part of the Medical Affairs team in Riyadh. This is a newly established role, and you will have a high degree of independence in shaping how the function operates and grows.
Internally, your closest partners will include colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Commercial, Communications and patient support programme teams. Externally, you will build relationships with Digital Opinion Leaders, Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, healthcare professional associations, medical education partners and digital content agencies.
The role sits at the centre of medical affairs and digital engagement — bringing different perspectives together to ensure that what reaches the public and healthcare professionals is credible, compliant and impactful.
