تسعى مجموعة الفطيم لاستقطاب مدير ورشة لشركة الفطيم للسيارات - BYD في المملكة العربية السعودية. يُعد هذا الدور الوظيفي بدوام كامل محورياً لقطاع خدمات ما بعد البيع، حيث يتولى الإشراف على جميع عمليات الورشة لضمان تميز الخدمة والجودة الفنية والإنتاجية والربحية عبر كافة أنشطة الإصلاح والصيانة. يعمل مدير الورشة كعمود فقري تشغيلي لمركز الخدمة، حيث يعزز الكفاءة وأداء الإيرادات مع ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الشركة المصنعة (OEM) ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للوكالة.
الغرض من الدور الوظيفي وتأثيره
يؤثر مدير الورشة بشكل مباشر على رضا العملاء (NPS/CSI)، وأداء الإصلاح الصحيح من المرة الأولى (FRFT)، وحوكمة الضمان، والنجاح التجاري العام لخدمات ما بعد البيع. ومن خلال قيادة فرق الورشة، والتحكم في التكاليف التشغيلية، وضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة، يُعد هذا الدور حاسماً في الحفاظ على سمعة الوكالة وتحقيق نمو مستدام للأعمال.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة العمليات اليومية للورشة لتحقيق أهداف مبيعات العمالة، والإنتاجية، والكفاءة، ومعدلات الاستغلال بما يتوافق مع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للعلامة التجارية.
- إدارة توزيع أعباء العمل، وتخصيص منصات الخدمة، وطاقة الفنيين الاستيعابية، وتتابع تنفيذ المهام لزيادة الإنتاجية وتقليل الوقت المستغرق لإنجاز صيانة المركبات.
- تعزيز أداء الإصلاح الصحيح من المرة الأولى (FRFT) وتقليل حالات إعادات الإصلاح وعودة المركبات من خلال الحوكمة الفنية القوية.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الإصلاح الخاصة بالشركة المصنعة (OEM)، ونشرات الخدمة، وإجراءات التشخيص، وعمليات الورشة.
- متابعة الأعمال قيد التنفيذ (WIP) والتحكم في أوامر الإصلاح المعلقة لضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد وتحقيق الإيرادات.
- تحقيق أهداف إيرادات الورشة، ومبيعات العمالة، وإجمالي الأرباح عبر عمليات الميكانيكا، والكهرباء، والسمكرة والدهان، والمقومات والملحقات.
- تحفيز نمو الإيرادات من خلال فحص حالة المركبة (VHC)، وتسعير قائمة الخدمات، وفرص البيع الإضافي عن طريق مستشاري الخدمة.
- الضبط والتحكم في التكاليف التشغيلية بما في ذلك المواد الاستهلاكية، والعمل الإضافي، ونفقات الخدمات الخارجية، وإعادة العمل تحت الضمان ضمن الميزانيات المعتمدة.
- تحليل الأداء المالي وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحسين الربحية وكفاءة التكاليف.
- تعزيز رضا العملاء (CSI / NPS) من خلال ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد، وجودة الإصلاحات، والتواصل الشفاف.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء المرفوعة بمسؤولية كاملة وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية بناءً على السبب الجذر.
- العمل عن كثب مع مستشاري الخدمة لضمان التشخيص الدقيق، وأوقات التسليم الواقعية، والموافقات الواضحة على العمل.
- ضمان ثبات جودة الخدمة وتجربة العملاء عبر جميع أنشطة الورشة.
قيادة الفريق وتطويره
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق من مشرفي الورشة، ورؤساء العمال (الفورمن)، وقادة الفرق، والفنيين، والمتدربين.
- بناء ثقافة أداء عالي تركز على الإنتاجية، والجودة، والمساءلة، والتحسين المستمر.
- إدارة اعتماد الفنيين، والامتثال لتدريبات الشركة المصنعة (OEM)، وتطوير المهارات بما يتوافق مع تقنيات السيارات المتطورة، بما في ذلك السيارات الكهربائية/الهجينة (EV/Hybrid).
- إدارة الأداء، والتخطيط للتعاقب الوظيفي، وتطوير مستهدفات التوطين (السعودة) ضمن القوى العاملة بالورشة.
الامتثال وإعداد التقارير
- الإشراف على عمليات الضمان لضمان الدقة، وسلامة التوثيق، وتقليل إشعارات الخصم الخاصة بالضمان.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، واللوائح البيئية، ومتطلبات العمل والسلامة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الصيانة والتحقق من جاهزية معدات الورشة والأدوات وأدوات الخدمة الخاصة (SSTs) بما يتماشى مع معايير الشركة المصنعة والسلامة.
- ضمان الجاهزية الدائمة لعمليات التدقيق والتفتيش الخاصة بالشركة المصنعة، والتدقيق الداخلي، والجهات التنظيمية.
- مراقبة وإعداد تقارير حول مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للورشة بما في ذلك ساعات العمالة المباعة، والكفاءة، والإنتاجية، وFRFT، وCSI، وإجمالي الربح.
- استخدام بيانات نظام إدارة الوكالات (DMS) مثل (Kerridge أو Autoline أو SAP أو Incadea أو ما يعادلها) لتحليل اتجاهات الأداء وتحديد فرص التحسين.
- إعداد وتقديم مراجعات الأداء الشهرية لإدارة خدمات ما بعد البيع وأصحاب المصلحة من جانب الشركة المصنعة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر بناءً على تحليلات البيانات والفجوات في الأداء التشغيلي.
المؤهلات والخبرات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 10 سنوات في إدارة الورش أو في دور قيادي مماثل ضمن قطاع خدمات ما بعد البيع للسيارات.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة عمليات الورشة الشاملة وتحقيق الأداء المطلوب مقابل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- فهم قوي لمعايير الشركة المصنعة (OEM)، وإجراءات التشخيص، وعمليات الورشة.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة الوكالات (DMS) مثل Kerridge أو Autoline أو SAP أو Incadea.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة مع خبرة في توجيه وتطوير الفرق الفنية.
About the Role
Al Futtaim Group is seeking a Workshop Manager for Al-Futtaim Automotive - BYD in KSA. This full-time role is central to the Aftersales function, overseeing all workshop operations to ensure service excellence, technical quality, productivity, and profitability across repair and maintenance activities. The Workshop Manager acts as the operational backbone of the service center, driving efficiency and revenue performance while ensuring compliance with OEM standards and dealership KPIs.
Role Purpose and Impact
The Workshop Manager directly influences customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI), Fix-Right-First-Time (FRFT) performance, warranty governance, and overall aftersales commercial success. By leading workshop teams, controlling operational costs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery, this role is critical in maintaining the dealership's reputation and achieving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily workshop operations to achieve labour sales, productivity, efficiency, and utilisation targets aligned with brand KPIs.
- Manage workload distribution, bay allocation, technician capacity, and job progression to maximise throughput and minimise vehicle turnaround time.
- Drive Fix-Right-First-Time (FRFT) performance and reduce repeat repairs and comebacks through strong technical governance.
- Ensure adherence to OEM repair standards, service bulletins, diagnostic procedures, and workshop processes.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and control ageing Repair Orders to ensure timely completion and revenue realisation.
- Deliver workshop revenue, labour sales, and gross profit targets across mechanical, electrical, body & paint, and accessory operations.
- Drive revenue growth through Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), menu pricing, and upselling opportunities via Service Advisors.
- Control operational costs including consumables, overtime, sublet expenses, and warranty rework within approved budgets.
- Analyse financial performance and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Champion customer satisfaction (CSI / NPS) by ensuring on-time delivery, quality repairs, and transparent communication.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with full ownership and implement root cause corrective actions.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis, realistic promise times, and clear job approvals.
- Ensure consistent service quality and customer experience across all workshop activities.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workshop Supervisors, Foremen, Team Leaders, Technicians, and Apprentices.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on productivity, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage technician certification, OEM training compliance, and skills development aligned with evolving vehicle technologies, including EV/Hybrid.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and Saudization development within the workshop workforce.
Compliance and Reporting
- Oversee warranty processes to ensure accuracy, documentation integrity, and minimisation of warranty debit notes.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, environmental regulations, and KSA labour and safety requirements.
- Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and Special Service Tools (SSTs) in line with OEM and safety standards.
- Ensure audit readiness for OEM, internal, and regulatory inspections.
- Monitor and report key workshop KPIs including labour hours sold, efficiency, productivity, FRFT, CSI, and gross profit.
- Use DMS data (Kerridge, Autoline, SAP, Incadea, or equivalent) to analyse performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reviews to Aftersales leadership and OEM stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights and operational performance gaps.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in workshop management or a similar leadership role within the automotive aftersales sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end workshop operations and drive performance against KPIs.
- Strong understanding of OEM standards, diagnostic procedures, and workshop processes.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Kerridge, Autoline, SAP, or Incadea.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing technical teams.
