نبحث حاليًا عن مهندس إنشائي أول ذو خبرة عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية، مع سجل حافل في الإشراف على المواقع ضمن قطاع الاستشارات الهندسيّة في مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة. بصفتك مهندسًا إنشائيًا أول في WSP، ستتولى قيادة والإشراف على التصميم الإنشائي والتحليل والإشراف على التنفيذ لمشاريع البنية التحتية المعقدة، مع ضمان سلامة وجودة وأداء المنشآت المبنية.
المسؤوليات
التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي:
- قيادة التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي لمشاريع بنية النقل التحتية، بما في ذلك الجسور، والأوفاق، والجسور المرتفعة، والجدران الاستنادية، وغيرها من المنشآت ذات الصلة، وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل، والمعايير الدولية، وأفضل الممارسات في القطاع.
- إجراء التقييمات الإنشائية، وحسابات الأحمال، وتحليلات العناصر المحدودة لتقييم الأداء الإنشائي، والمتانة، والمرونة تحت ظروف التحميل المختلفة.
الإشراف على التنفيذ وضمان الجودة:
- تقديم الإشراف الفني والتوجيه خلال مرحلة التنفيذ للمشاريع الإنشائية، وإجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع لمراقبة تقدم البناء، والجودة، والالتزام بالمواصفات الهندسية والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- تطبيق إجراءات صارمة لضمان ومراقبة الجودة لضمان تنفيذ أنشطة البناء بأمان وكفاءة ووفقًا للتصاميم والمعايير المعتمدة.
الهندسة القيمية والابتكار:
- تحديد فرص الهندسة القيمية والابتكار لتحسين التصاميم الإنشائية، وتعزيز منهجيات البناء، وتحقيق توفير في التكاليف دون المساس بالسلامة الإنشائية أو الأداء.
- التعاون مع فرق المشاريع، والعملاء، وأصحاب المصلحة لاستكشاف حلول تصميمية بديلة وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في الهندسة الإنشائية.
إدارة المخاطر والامتثال للسلامة:
- تحديد وتقييم والتخفيف من المخاطر الإنشائية المرتبطة بأنشطة البناء، واختيار المواد، والعوامل البيئية، وتطبيق تدابير استباقية لضمان سلامة واستدامة المنشآت المبنية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات ذات الصلة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وتعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالسلامة والمسؤولية بين أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل:
- التواصل مع العملاء، وأصحاب المصلحة، والجهات التنظيمية، والمجتمعات لفهم احتياجاتهم وتخوفاتهم وتوقعاتهم المتعلقة بمشاريع الهندسة الإنشائية.
- تسهيل التواصل والتعاون الفعال بين أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع، وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة، وتقارير التقدم، والعروض التقديمية الفنية لضمان الشفافية والتوافق.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية. يُفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية، مع التركيز على الإشراف على المواقع ضمن قطاع الاستشارات الهندسيّة.
- يُفضل الحصول على ترخيص ممارسة الهندسة أو شهادة معادلة.
- معرفة وخبرة واسعة في التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي وتنفيذ مشاريع بنية النقل التحتية، بما في ذلك الجسور، والأعمدة، والجسور المرتفعة، والجدران الاستنادية.
- إتقان برامج التحليل الإنشائي (مثل SAP2000، وETABS، وSTAAD.Pro) وأدوات التصميم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر (CAD).
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع، مع القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز فرق متعددة التخصصات، وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية، وتحقيق نتائج ناجحة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعلاقات مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وأعضاء الفريق.
- سجل حافل ومثبت في تسليم مشاريع الهندسة الإنشائية بنجاح، مع التركيز على السلامة والجودة والابتكار.

Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in site supervision within the construction consultancy sector on roads & highways projects. As a Senior Structural Engineer at WSP, you will lead and oversee the structural design, analysis, and construction supervision of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring the integrity, safety, and performance of built structures.
Responsibilities
Structural Design and Analysis:
- Lead the structural design and analysis of transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, retaining walls, and other related structures, in accordance with client requirements, international standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct structural assessments, load calculations, and finite element analyses to evaluate structural performance, durability, and resilience under various loading conditions.
Construction Supervision and Quality Assurance:
- Provide technical oversight and guidance during the construction phase of structural projects, conducting regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with engineering specifications and contractual requirements.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance and control measures to ensure that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs and standards.
Value Engineering and Innovation:
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and innovation to optimize structural designs, enhance construction methodologies, and achieve cost savings without compromising structural integrity or performance.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to explore alternative design solutions and implement best practices in structural engineering.
Risk Management and Safety Compliance:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate structural risks associated with construction activities, material selection, and environmental factors, implementing proactive measures to ensure the safety and resilience of built structures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability among project stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and communities to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to structural engineering projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and technical presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on site supervision within the construction consultancy sector.
- Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in structural design, analysis, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and retaining walls.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets and schedules, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering structural engineering projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
