- إدارة تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المشروع، والجداول الزمنية، والميزانيات، والأهداف.
- مراقبة وضبط تقدم المشروع وأدائه.
- تنسيق الموارد الداخلية والأطراف الخارجية/الموردين للتنفيذ الخالي من العيوب للمشاريع. التأكد من أن
جميع المشاريع يتم تسليمها في الوقت المحدد، وضمن النطاق والميزانية المحددة.
- تطوير نطاقات وأهداف المشروع، وإشراك جميع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين وضمان الجدوى
الفنية.
- تحليل مخاطر المشروع وتطوير استراتيجيات للحد منها. ضمان توافر الموارد وتخصيصها.
- استخدام تقنيات التحقق المناسبة لإدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع والجدول الزمني والتكاليف.
- قياس أداء المشروع باستخدام الأنظمة والأدوات والتقنيات المناسبة.
- تقديم التقارير والتصعيد إلى الإدارة حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة وأعضاء الفريق لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- مراقبة تكاليف المشروع وضمان كفاءة الإنفاق.
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة عن تقدم المشروع وأدائه.
- إدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع والجدول الزمني والتكاليف.
- ضمان الامتثال معايير السلامة والجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
- تحديد مشكلات المشروع وحلها. إنشاء وصيانة وثائق شاملة للمشروع.
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم الفني لأعضاء الفريق.
- الاطلاع على سياسات الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية ذات الصلة،
والأدلة والإجراءات المعمول بها داخل شركة هيل إنترناشيونال، وضمان الامتثال المستمر لهذه
المتطلبات أثناء العمل لدى هيل.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلفه بها المدير المباشر/المشرف.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مشاريع البنية التحتية الضخمة أو مشاريع تطوير المدن.
- خبرة في تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع الحكومية و/أو شبه الحكومية الكبرى.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة مشاريع أعمال المياه وصرف الصحي.
- معرفة بالعمليات والإجراءات المهنية لإدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في تطبيق فلسفة خالية من الحوادث (صفر حوادث).
- سجل حافل في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية / مزودي الخدمات العامة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل ممتازة.
- معرفة ببرامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مشاريع متعددة.
- سجل حافل في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية / مزودي الخدمات العامة. سجل مثبت في إدارة
المشاريع الناجحة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية المحددة.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
- Monitor and control project progress and performance.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that
all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility.
- Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on project progress and performance.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project issues. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies,
Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these
requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
- Experience of major government and/or semi-government program and projects implementations.
- Extensive Experience in the project management of water and wastewater works.
- Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
- Experience of implementing a zero accident philosophy.
- A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
